स्वास्थ्य-कुंजियाँ

सूर्यकिरणें सर्वरोगनाशक व स्वास्थ्यप्रदायक है | रोज़ सुबह सिर को कपडे से ढककर आठ मिनट सूर्य की ओर मुख व दस मिनट पीठ करके बैठें | समय अधिक न हो व धुप तेज न हो इसकी सावधानी रखें | ऐसा सूर्यस्नान लेटकर करें तो और अच्छा |
*सुबह जल्दी उठें | खाली पेट तुलसी के ४-७ पत्ते खाकर जल पीयें | सूर्य को अर्ध्य देकर नमस्कार करें | इससे स्वास्थ्य-लाभ के साथ-साथ बुद्धि तेजस्वी होती है |

Key to healthy living :-
Sunrays destroys all diseases and has tremendous health benefits. Everyday around sunrise, cover your head with cloth or a cap and try to take sunrays on the anterior part of your body (front side) for 8 minutes and posterior part (backside) for 10 minutes.
Precautions to be taken during this therapy :-
1) Sunrays should not be taken for more time than stipulated above.
2) Sunrays should not be too strong (early morning rays are advisable)
Best position to take rays of sunlight is in sleeping position.

* Wake up early. On an empty stomach eat 4 to 7 tulsi leaves and then drink water over it.
Offer water & pray to sun God. Doing this not only has health benefits but also increases ones intellect.
