सफ़ेद दाग हो तो कार्तिक मास के हर रविवार को नमक मिर्च बिना का भोजन और सूर्य भगवान की पूजा तिल के तेल का दीपक दिखा के करे, लोटे में गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ,शक्कर, चावल, तिल आदि डालकर अर्घ्य दे |

(थोड़े काले-काले पत्ते होते है शामा तुलसी के) वो पत्ते जहाँ सफेद दाग है वहाँ रगड दिया करें, उसका रस लगा

Removal of white spots on skin:

If anyone has white spots on skin then in the month of Kartik, on Sundays have the meals without salt and spice and pray to Lord Suryanarayana(Lord Sun) with lamp using sesame oil and mug full of rose petals, sugar, rice, sesame etc.

Homeopathic medicines available in our ashram are also beneficial and black basil leaves (leaves are bit darker) use them to rub on the white spots or even rubbing its juice is beneficial.
